Where can I use My Mondo?

My Mondo can be used from any phone, anywhere in the UK. From a landline at home or in the office or from a mobile phone on any UK network. Even payphones. All you need to do is find the My Mondo access number for the country you wish to call. Dial that access number, then dial 00, the country code followed by the number you wish to reach. The cost of your international call will appear on your next phone bill.
Do I need to register my phone number?
No. You can make your call right now - just find the access number for your destination and dial it followed by the number you wish to call.
Do I need to change my phone service provider?
No. Use My Mondo from any UK phone network.
Do I need to use a PIN number?
No, just the My Mondo access number.
Can I call right now?
Yes. There's no wait or hassle to get started. No accounts to set-up or pre-pay. No need to change your phone, line or number.
Which countries can I call?

My Mondo from a BT phone
From a BT phone - at home
Most people's home phone service is provided by BT. That's why we quote all of our rates from a BT residential landline. If you want to double check our rates are as quoted on this website then you can phone BT residential on 0800 800 150.
From a BT phone - at work
My Mondo is the perfect way for your business to save on their international calls. If you are using My Mondo at work it is very important that you have the bill payer's permission before you use the service. That's generally a manager or supervisor. We're sure they'll thank you for using My Mondo.
Calling from a BT payphone
My Mondo works from the BT payphones you see in the street. However it is important to know that BT charge you a surcharge for using our service from one of their payphones. This is kept by BT not My Mondo. Please check at the point of making your call. The number for BT payphone customer services is 0800 661 610.
My Mondo and other phone companies
I haven't got a BT phone
Don't worry you can use My Mondo from any UK phone service. We quote our rates from the network that most people phone from and that is a BT residential (home) line. My Mondo charges are as stated on this website. If you are phoning from a different phone service provider eg Virgin Media, OneTel or Talk Talk the My Mondo service works in exactly the same way.
However networks other than BT can choose to add a small surcharge to the My Mondo tariff if they wish to. These networks keep this charge for themselves. At the time of writing My Mondo charges were the same when using BT, Virgin Media, Tesco Home Phone, OneTel and Talk Talk lines. We urge you to check with your own network service provider before using My Mondo as they may change their rates without warning. We will always inform you when we change our tariffs though.
What about calling from a UK mobile?
Use My Mondo from mobile phones for huge savings compared to your operator’s international rates.
Making an international call from your mobile can cost the same as from a landline as most providers charge the 0844 and 0871 access numbers at their standard call rates. Even better, some mobile operators bundle these numbers as part of their “free minutes” tariff package. Note 0911 numbers are usually charged at their listed rate. Please check with your mobile service provider before you make the call.

Calling from a non-BT payphone
Many operators will apply a surcharge for using this service from one of their payphones. This is kept by the owner of the payphone or its network, not My Mondo.
My Mondo from a cable phone
Virgin Phones
You can use My Mondo from Virgin Media. At the time of writing Virgin Phones charged the same as BT for using My Mondo. However they can change this without informing us so we urge you to check with Virgin Media's customer services before using My Mondo. Their number is 0845 840 7777.

Tesco Home Phone
If you have changed your home phone service provider from BT to Tesco Home Phone then My Mondo will still work perfectly. At the time of writing Tesco Home Phone charged the same as BT for using My Mondo. However they can change this without informing us so we urge you to check with Tesco Home Phone customer services before using My Mondo. Their number is 08000 680 818.
OneTel
If you have changed your home phone service provider from BT to OneTel then My Mondo will still work perfectly. At the time of writing OneTel charged the same as BT for using My Mondo. However they can change this without informing us so we urge you to check with OneTel customer services before using My Mondo. Their number is 0845 818 8000.
TalkTalk
If you have changed your home phone service provider from BT to TalkTalk then My Mondo will still work perfectly. At the time of writing TalkTalk charged the same as BT for using My Mondo. However they can change this without informing us so we urge you to check with TalkTalk customer services before using My Mondo. Their number is 08000 855 900 .
